I'm a variety streamer that mainly plays spooky/horror related games either alone or with friends and just trying to have a good time!I aim for a friendly community to enjoy eachothers company with and just having a good time! Either enjoying the chaos unfold or chill together and be comfy with a snack and drink. Hopefully i'll end up making someones day in the process!

Terms Of Service

General

  • The artist may display the commissioned artwork in webpages, portfolios, and use it to self-promotion and price examples. If the client prefers not to release it in public for various reasons (ex: debut), the client should inform ahead of time.

  • The artist has the right to decline or cancel commissions due to discomfort or past issues with a client.

  • Additional fees will be charged depending on the complexity and will be discussed beforehand.

  • The artist does not condone the editing of their artwork after it has been completed and delivered. This includes but is not limited to; Warping/Manipulating Live2D art to create "new" assets, using the delivered art for AI image generation, drawing-over and re uploading, or mis-crediting my art.

  • The commissioner cannot use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless specifically agreed upon.

  • You are purchasing digital goods — no physical items will be shipped.

Payment

  • Payment only accepted in EURO.

  • Payment either upfront or half upfront / half after sketch.

  • The artist will start the commission once payment is received.

Revisions

  • The artist will allow 3 free revisions, after 3 changes it will have an extra fee. Major changes after the finished sketch also will have a fee.

  • If the client fails to respond to a revision in 7 days, the artist will continue as previously discussed and no further changes will be made.

  • If there is no communication for 2.5 weeks since the artist has first reached out to the client, the commission will be considered completed as it is and the artist will send the client the unfinished file.

Refunds, rush fees and delivery dates:

  • Commissions are non-refundable, unless work has not started on your piece.

  • After sketch approval partial refund (50% or less) can be discussed.

  • Rush fee 30-100% depending on the deadline. Delivery time will be stated on the commission.

  • If for any reason the artist is unable to start or finish your commission they will give the option of getting a refund.

  • False chargebacks/claims will result in the commissioner being blacklisted from all future purchases aswell as losing all rights to the commissioned art work.

Commercial Use

  • Commercial rights on commissions must include credit to the artist.

  • If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

  • Merchandise rights must be included at the time of purchase at 100% of the total pricing. Credit is always mandatory.

  • Selling or minting my artwork as NFTs is strictly forbidden. I have no affiliation with cryptocurrency or NFTs. If you come across my art on these platforms, please let me know.

  • My artwork cannot be used to generate AI art.

The following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).

The artist is NOT responsible of the actions of the clients.By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning!
